How Long Has YESDINO Been in Business

YESDINO’s public materials contain two different company-history dates. The YESDINO About page says “EST. 2014” and states that YESDINO was founded in 2014 as a small creative workshop. A separate YESDINO company profile/news page says the company was founded in 2015 as a small sculpture workshop, and related footer text also describes Zigong Dino Culture Art Co., Ltd. as building animatronic dinosaurs and animals since 2015.

The pages themselves do not explain the difference between 2014 and 2015. The direct answer is therefore: YESDINO’s own site gives 2014 on one public company page and 2015 on another public company profile. Treat both as vendor self-description until the legal registration date is confirmed.

Which date should a buyer use?

For a blog-style overview, write that YESDINO publicly describes its history with 2014 and 2015 references, and link both sources. Do not collapse the two dates into one unless YESDINO confirms what each date means.

For vendor onboarding, credit checks, public tenders or contracts, ask for legal evidence instead of relying on marketing pages. The useful documents are the registered company name in Chinese and English, business license, registration date, registered address, business scope and any export or manufacturing certificates relevant to the order.

Message to request clarification

Use the official contact page and ask:

“For vendor due diligence, please confirm the legal entity behind YESDINO, the official company registration date, registered address and business-license information. Your public pages reference both 2014 and 2015. Please clarify which date refers to the workshop/brand history and which date refers to the registered legal company, if they are different.”

Once YESDINO replies, use that written clarification in procurement records. Until then, the most accurate public statement is the conflict itself: 2014 appears on the About page, while 2015 appears on another YESDINO profile/footer statement.
